Scott E. Cook, 63, passed away Monday morning, June 17th 2024 at Crystal Care Center in Ashland Ohio.
He was born on September 4th 1960, the third of four children to Sturley and Dorcas (Hiner) Cook and lived most of his life in the Hayesville area.
Scott graduated from Hillsdale high school in Jeromesville, Ohio.
He enjoyed wrestling, Nascar, hunting, and building models.
He is survived by his son and daughter- in-law, Kyle (Ashley) Cook of East Canton; a grandson, Jay; Sister, Cindey Jones of Ashland; a niece, Holly Eggerton; two great nieces, Alana and Hattie Stamen; Special friends, Dan and Robin Beasly; and numerous other family and friends.
Scott is preceded in death by his parents and a nephew Grant Eggerton.
The family would like to thank Crystal Care of Ashland and Gentiva Hospice for the care given to Scott.
As per Scott's wishes, no services will be conducted.
