LOUDONVILLE: Stewart Lee Zody passed away on, August 3, 2024, at the age of 78.
He was born December 7, 1945, to parents Donald E. & Margaret D. Zody. Stewart graduated from Loudonville High School with the class of 1963 and proudly served his country by joining the US Navy.
Stewart retired from the Village of Loudonville as Mayor in 2015. As an outdoorsman, Stewart enjoyed fishing, camping, and mountain climbing. He also enjoyed traveling to Hawaii and Japan, where he climbed Mount Fuji.
He is survived by his wife Shu-Yuan Kuo Zody and his daughter Tiffany Zody.
In addition to his parents, Stewart was preceded in death by his brothers.
