Charles "Chuck" Michael Tener, 63
Charles "Chuck" Tener, 63 of Sullivan passed away early Thursday morning, Feb. 20, 2025 in his home surrounded by friends and family.
He was born on Nov. 28, 1961 in Lancaster, Ohio, the son of the late Donald and Shirley (nee Myers) Tener who affectionately referred to their son as Mike.
Chuck graduated from Liberty Union High School, Class of 1980. He married the former Brenda Wine on June 27, 1987.
Chuck worked as an Agronomist all of his professional career having been employed most recently at Nutrien Ag Solutions. In his spare time, he also helped serve at Exclusively Yours Catering.
He was a devoted member of the First Congregational Church in Sullivan. Throughout his life, Chuck was an avid fisherman, hunter of both pheasant and waterfowl. He enjoyed taking time to make his own ammunition for his hobby. Chuck was a fan of Cleveland sports both the Guardians and the Browns and loved traveling to South Dakota and Rice Lake in Ontario, Canada wit
