David P. Braden, Sr., 73 of Ashland passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025 in University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center.
Dave was born February 19, 1952 in Ashland, the son of the late Paul Clifford and Barbara Jean (nee Alexander) Braden.
He graduated from Ashland High School, Class of 1970. After high school, he proudly served in the United States Army.
Dave retired from Whirlaway Corporation in 2016 and was previously employed at Premium Building Products.
Throughout his life, he enjoyed woodworking and both shooting and loading muzzleloaders. In his retirement years he loved to travel and go to antique stores.
He is survived by his loving life partner, Terri (nee Lonardo) Braden of Springfield; his five children, Norman Hill of Ashland, Carrie (Paul) Burch of Medaryville, Indiana, Sue (Jonathan) Carr of Savannah, Crystal (Juma John) Muye of Lexington, South Carolina and Paul (Lee Anne) Braden of Mansfield; 15 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and
